Arrive on Saint Eustatius and transfer to your hotel in or around Oranjestad. After check-in and some time to relax, take a gentle orientation walk through the historic town. Visit Fort Oranje, one of Statia’s most important historic landmarks, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Continue through the historic Lower Town and enjoy your first views of Oranje Bay. After breakfast, embark on a guided historical tour of Saint Eustatius. Explore Fort Oranje and learn about the island’s important role in Caribbean trade and regional history. Visit the St. Eustatius Historical Foundation Museum and continue to historic ruins, old warehouses, churches and military batteries. The island’s historic landscape provides a fascinating glimpse into its former importance as a trading centre. In the afternoon, explore Oranjestad at leisure, visit local shops and enjoy a relaxed Caribbean lunch. Overnight: Oranjestad Meals: Breakfast

Today is dedicated to nature and adventure. After breakfast, head to The Quill, Saint Eustatius’ iconic dormant volcano and one of the island’s main hiking attractions. Follow the forest trail toward the volcanic crater, surrounded by tropical vegetation and diverse wildlife. Depending on fitness and trail conditions, continue toward the crater rim for spectacular views across the island and Caribbean. The island’s tourism authority highlights The Quill and Boven National Park as its principal hiking environments, with trails ranging from lush volcanic forest to rugged northern landscapes. Spend the morning discovering the underwater world of Saint Eustatius. Enjoy a snorkeling or diving excursion in the St. Eustatius National Marine Park, where protected waters are home to coral reefs, tropical fish, sea turtles and historic shipwrecks. After the marine excursion, relax along the coast and enjoy the peaceful Caribbean atmosphere. Later, visit Zeelandia Beach, located on the Atlantic side of the island. The beach offers dramatic coastal scenery and is an excellent place for photography and a leisurely walk. Swimming conditions can be rougher on this side of the island, so follow local advice. After breakfast, explore the northern side of Saint Eustatius with a visit to Boven National Park. The landscape is very different from the lush slopes of The Quill, featuring cacti, acacia vegetation, rugged ridges and spectacular views toward secluded Atlantic bays such as Venus Bay. Return to Oranjestad for lunch and some free time before your transfer to the airport or ferry terminal for your onward journey. Meals: Breakfast
