By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to certain destinations or packages.

Across Caribbean Excursions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings: All reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation email will be issued once your booking is successfully processed.
Payments: Full payment or a specified deposit (as stated at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Currency: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent by Across Caribbean Excursions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

60 days or more before departure: The deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded in full.
31 to 59 days before departure: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour cost will apply.
30 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued; 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
No-shows or cancellations on the day of departure: The full tour cost is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services — such as hotel reservations, domestic flights, or third-party tours — may be non-refundable once confirmed. These details will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Modifications and Rescheduling:
Requests to modify or reschedule a booking must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact info@acrosscaribbeanexcursions.com for assistance.

4. Tour Services

Across Caribbean Excursions provides professional guides and curated travel experiences throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, Australasia, and the Pacific Isles.
Some tours may involve physical activity; participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and fit to participate.
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, negligence, or failure to comply with health and safety instructions.
Itineraries and schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, safety requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Across Caribbean Excursions acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.

We are not liable for:

Loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense caused by third-party providers.
Cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from weather, political unrest, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged luggage.

6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, and travel documents are valid for the duration of their trip and meet the entry requirements of all destinations.
Across Caribbean Excursions is not responsible for delays, denied entry, or costs incurred due to incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, videos, graphics, and logos — is the property of Across Caribbean Excursions and protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

Post or transmit defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.
Attempt to hack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

9. Photo and Media Release

By participating in any tour, event, or activity organized by Across Caribbean Excursions, you grant permission to the company, its representatives, and affiliated partners to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media that may include your image, likeness, or voice for lawful promotional and marketing purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Use on the company’s website, social media channels, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Use for internal and external promotional purposes, including collaborations with tourism boards or travel agencies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You will not receive any form of compensation or royalties for such use.
The rights granted are perpetual, worldwide, and may be used across all media formats (existing and future).
You may request in writing to have specific images removed from future use by contacting info@acrosscaribbeanexcursions.com. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, but this does not apply to materials already published or distributed.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform your tour guide or a company representative before the start of your tour.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
