Along the way, guests visit traditional inland villages and meet local communities known for their remarkable cultural heritage, including the famous Malagan ceremonies and the distinctive Tatanua masks.

After settling in, explore the vibrant Kavieng Market where visitors can see traditional crafts, bilums, and shell jewelry made by local artisans. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing sunset walk along the beautiful Kavieng coastline before overnight at a hotel or guesthouse..
Spend the day exploring Kavieng’s historical and cultural attractions. Visit important World War II sites including Japanese bunkers, coastal gun placements, and the remains of wartime airstrips. Continue with a scenic drive around Kavieng Harbour with stops at photo points. Guests may enjoy an optional seafood lunch featuring local specialties such as mud crab before ending the day with cultural storytelling in town
